How Horizon Cloud works

Horizon Cloud is the internal infrastructure platform that runs every Clatter Labs product. It's tuned for one job: keep our products fast, isolated, and observable — everywhere they ship.

1. 01

   Edge ingress

   Every request hits the nearest Horizon Cloud edge region. TLS termination, routing, and request shaping happen within milliseconds — before your code ever runs.

2. 02

   Isolated workloads

   Workloads run inside lightweight, hardware-isolated runtimes. Each Clatter Labs project gets its own boundary — no noisy neighbors, no shared memory, no cold-start tax.

3. 03

   Stateful data layer

   Postgres, object storage, and a globally replicated KV layer sit one hop away from your compute. Reads land in the same region; writes fan out automatically.

4. 04

   Observability by default

   Logs, traces, and metrics are captured without setup. Every deploy is diffed, every error is grouped, every regression is surfaced — before customers feel it.

5. 05

   Internal control plane

   Horizon Cloud is operated by Clatter Labs for Clatter Labs products. Capacity, routing, and lifecycle decisions are governed centrally to keep the surface predictable.
