Horizon Cloud
Redirected by Horizon Cloud

What happened?

You were redirected to Horizon Cloud because the destination you tried to open could not be served. Horizon Cloud is the infrastructure that powers every Clatter Labs product, so when a destination is unavailable for any reason — technical, commercial, or regional — its traffic lands here.

Below are the reasons this can happen. The exact cause for your visit may match one of these, or a combination. If you want a clearer answer for your specific case, ask Agent Support — the assistant in the corner of this page.

Infrastructure incident

A failure in the underlying Horizon Cloud infrastructure interrupted the route you tried to reach. The system automatically falls back here while engineers work the incident.

Project removed or deprecated

The product, website, or project you were trying to open has been retired by Clatter Labs. Its domain and route bindings have been released back to the platform.

Sold or transferred

The product was sold, transferred, or de-listed. Its public surface is no longer served by Horizon Cloud, and no replacement endpoint has been published yet.

Internal or under testing

What you tried to reach is an internal Clatter Labs product, or it is in private testing. Public access is intentionally disabled while it is being validated.

Region not authorized

Your region is not currently authorized to access or purchase this product. This may be due to licensing, compliance, or staged rollout decisions.

Maintenance or paused deployment

The deployment is paused for maintenance, migration, or a controlled rollout. Service will resume once the maintenance window closes.

What can you do next?

  • • If you were following a saved link, the destination may simply no longer exist.
  • • If you reached this from a Clatter Labs product, please wait a few minutes and try again — short-lived incidents resolve quickly.
  • • For anything else, talk to Agent Support in the bottom-right corner, or visit Clatter Labs.
